ALARMS
The fire detection and extinguishing system includes all equipment necessary in order to prevent, detect and extinguish a potential fire hazard in the building.
In case of fire, smoke, unjustified increase in temperature etc., the fire station sends the commands for the evacuation alarm to start.
You will find green buttons by the emergency exits. Use them to open the door in case of emergency or fire.
There are red buttons in the common areas. Press them if you notice a fire – it will trigger the alarm in the building and will inform the 24/7 fire service, which will alarm the fire brigade.

The Asset Manager is in charge of general activities regarding the tenants/building, coordinates and participates in the handover of the rented space, coordinates different events, contracts, tendering, renovation works.

The Team Leader Operations & Customer Care is in charge of the general operations for all the buildings from the portfolio, keeps a good relationship with all the tenants, coordinates the Building Managers’ and Asset Managers’ activities, implements budgets and procedures.
